Each cell has a mind of its own, adds the Enlightened one, stating further that what we say as, 'I'm unhappy with the world, nothing is good' so on and so forth is interpreted by the sub-conscious as 'I do not want to live in this world'. The 500 trillion cells in our body carry out the guidelines of the sub-conscious mind which has the function of sending signals tot he cell. In a scenario where we complain about the world being bad and everything about it abominable, the cells begin winding up and they cause the malfunction of the cells, a process which ultimately leads to disease and destruction.
He urges the sadhaks to stop the complaining process and begin the process remaining happy in all situations as that is the key to a peaceful and disease-free life.
