Shivyog Shambhavi sadhna
What is Shiv Yog Shambhavi sadhna?
The
powerful ancient holy sages of the Himalayas activated their inner healing
powers through constant and persistent tapa. This activation of vast inherent
healing potential through yogic processes led them to enable the flow of
healing energy in their body regularly. Gradually, they unfolded the powers to
direct this healing energy, flowing through them, towards other human beings,
plants, animals and natural creations. The highest healing point in the body is
when the energy starts flowing from the middle of the forehead, between the two
eye brows, from a region called the Third Eye.
The Third
Eye corresponds to the Agya Chakra, the seat of the Guru tattwa which has
infinite scope of tapping and manoeuvring healing energy towards others if
perfection in this regard can be achieved.
Shambhavi,
thus refers to the process of channelizing healing energy of the highest
dimension towards a healing cause through the Third Eye, once initiated by a
Healing Guru, whose Third Eye is fully activated through years of meditation.

Shivyog Art of Dying
Babaji revealed deep divine wisdom of 'Art of Dying'
(Kathoupnishad) secrets of Birth & Death, Life after Life....
Have you ever wondered about DEATH?
The most mysterious and unavoidable event and yet we know nothing about it!
What is the phenomenon of Death? Where does one go after Death? Is there any heaven or hell?
Is there a rebirth? Is there any way one can improve the circumstances in this birth and can change the destiny in the next birth.
Upanishads declare that through the Art of Dying one can attain self-realisation. Buddhism also gave a lot of importance to it, they called this art Bardo. Hinduism also laid great emphasis on the Art of Dying, We are learning the art of birthing, the ways of living but we are afraid to learn the one that is most important - THE ART OF DYING.
Yama was willing to give every boon to Nachiketa, a long life, unlimited wealth and any object he desired from this world and beyond but was very reluctant to teach him this secret Art of Dying
By learning the Art of Dying a new realisation dawns upons us that changes the whole perspective towards life and brings a total transformation.
You exist during this lifetime, you existed before this lifetime and you will exist after this lifetime. What is this existence after death and before life?
