SHIV MANAS PUJA

Shiva Manas Puja, written by Adi guru Shankaracharya is a very special hymn, which not only praises Shiva, but also depicts the true flavour of Shiva worship. Shiva needs devotion and not demonstration. In this stottram we offer to the great Lord various offering not in physical form but in mental form. We Start by offering bath, cloths, foods, devotion and finally offer ourselves to the Lord. The beauty lies in the fact that everything we offer, we offer with faith and devotion in the portal of our mind and not physical. The compassionate Mahadev accepts all our offering and frees us from the consequences of our wrong doings, done knowingly or unknowingly. This stotra is an eye opener to those who are fanatic about rituals as it clearly shows that faith and intentions are more important!

Mantra Sadhana

Real identity of every human is Sat-Chit-Anand. The purpose of taking human birth is to experience happiness always. There are 2 paths before everyone, the path of happiness or the path of sorrow and everyone have to choose one. Take a break and see on which path you are walking on. Find the cause to be happy always. Connect to your real “self” (Sat-Chit-Anand), then what ever you do will be your holistic karma. ShivYog is the path of knowingness, whatever you do, be aware of it.

Each and every situation of a person is the reflection of his/her inner world, the thoughts. Thoughts are controlled by sanchit karmas, psychic impressions and engraved belief systems stored in the Gyanmai Kosha. Manomai Kosha (thoughts) is controlled by Gyanmai Kosha. So if you want to change your situation, you have to change your thoughts and for that sanchit karmas and psychic impressions should be erased.

A person has negative attitude due to the sanchit karmas of negative phobias and fears. Positive thinking can’t happen just by preaching or reading positive things unless the sanchit karmas of negative phobias and fears are released or removed. The sanchit karmas can be released or removed through sadhana and meditation. The person becomes positive when he releases and let go his/her karmas and negative belief system through sadhana. With positive thinking more positive energy is created in the cells, more active cells are generated and that change the life forever. There are two ways to release karma: One is - Suffering - which is not the good way. Second is - Sanjeevni Shakti – recite mantra, sadhana.

Learn the lesson from every movement. If someone says bad things about you, just close your eyes, take light from within and say “I am happy, I am positive” and do not react, just smile and be happy, this will give you peace of mind. Thanks the person for giving the opportunity to learn the lesson. Resolve and let go of all the unresolved issues in life. The moment you complain you start vibrating at low frequency. When you give thanks you start vibrating at higher frequency.

Your intention is important. Always ask yourself, “What is my intention in my gift or thought or in what I speak?”  One should have pure intention and unconditional love, emotions of unconditional love creates very powerful electromagnetic field. When you have feeling of unconditional love, the whole universe will be attracted towards you. Tumhara koi shatru nahin hoga. If you want to remain young, your every thought, every word and every reaction should be emitting unconditional love. Don’t expect anything in return, just give love and feel happy. With this practice the electromagnetic field will increase and the accumulated karmas will be dissolved.

Scriptures say Mahamrityunjaya mantra is supreme sadhana. "Mahamrityunjaya mantra" Sadhana strengthened our sadhana. Thoughts will materialize into physical manifestation so only think what you want. Feel you already have it. Sanjeevni will help; no ifs or butts will stop you. The Shakti of mantra and Sanjeevni Shakti will help. Mantras give positive vibrations so keep chanting. Every mantra has different vibration; here are some mantras for different purposes.
