Queries of shadhaks-- Part 2

Q. 1 I've been experiencing some hurdles lately. As I sit for sadhna, I don't feel relaxed and am continuously restless about various thoughts moving in my mind. Thoughts are very irrelevant. Earlier I was able to attain complete peace whilst meditating but now I find my mind unstable for some peace. Please guide me! I want to meditate and improve my entire consciousness.

A. The mind is very interesting if you try and perceive it in the context of emotions, if there is one strong emotion dominant, then that will be the only activity enveloping everything else. Our mind can only do one thing at a time, for example it’s not that half our face laughs and half our face cries, one activity either happy or sad, love or hate etc., etc.
In the same way also the mind is capable of either creating or eliminating, only one activity is possible, the difference between these two is of lighting the candle or fighting the darkness, both seems the same but one is a never ending process, the process of elimination, fighting the darkness.
One is focus and the other one is trying to focus. Trying to focus means there are so many thoughts and I don’t want them, so I try to get rid of them. This will lead to anxiety as the more I struggle the more my mind will focus on these thoughts, leading to anger or even sadness.
Focus means I know what I want, and all my thoughts work in that one direction. Focus, means that now I don’t waste my energies, fighting the darkness, feeling anxious about what I don’t want, but just that one objective what I want to achieve.
The moment I know what I want, I am creating. Now there is no question of what I don’t want, and that is why Babaji says all the time “chahte kya ho”. He knows we waste so much in eliminating. But as a shiv yogi you must create----- create peace, create success and divinity in your life.

Q. 2 Babaji how I would come to know that when I call, you have arrived.......I am struggling to keep my studies better but not successful... I did lot of healing....please help me.

A. Our shastras say “God says I am in everything, and if he is everywhere, why do I need to invoke him? How can I invoke that which is all around me in me etc?
A glass sheet can be a window, a glass sheet can be a mirror, the difference if you look into one you see the world, look into another you see yourself, another difference one is completely pure the other, well from one side its painted, but they both our glass, in the same way our mind is also just the mind, If pure we see that God all around, painted with our karmas, we see but only ourselves and our vicars.
Why do we meditate? Why to invoke God? How can we when he is already around us, in us. We meditate so that we purify till we become aware of his presence.
Sun is shining, don’t sit under a umbrella, just be aware of one fact Baba ji loves you, Baba ji is always with you, I am the witness I see, He meditates twenty four hours, so that you can achieve healing and success and when he is not meditating, he takes shivirs so he can be with you. The whole Guru Mandal loves you and they meditate for you, Next time before you invoke just become aware.

Q. 3 Do you feel that doing homa can also create very powerful vibrations around you?  And my other question for you is - if one had a choice of giving charity to a temple versus helping a girl child with her education which is the better option and why?

A. Doing homa does create powerful vibrations where ever they are performed.
Choose that option which gives you the most satisfaction and peace of mind, which fills your heart with compassion. Choose with heart, not logic, as logic will find ways, it will say, feed okay, who? Girl child or boy child? Now it’s not even a child it’s a gender. Then it will say what to feed. This is not economics where you have to consider optimum utilization of resourses based on data and utility and interests, it is you wanting to do good. All economics is based on what’s probable. Probabilities are subject to change. All probabilities are always fighting, it’s always one probability vs. another, another vs. another, fight creates fight, and love creates love. The only thing permanent is the feelings, the emotion. The next time you create seva chose with love and compassion, whatever gives you happiness.

Q. 4 I want to ask, I have a lot of vibrations in my body especially after sleep, my heart chakra and Agya Chakra spin, what does it signify?
Also one more thing On Friday I did Crystal healing to the two persons. When I did healing to the 2nd Person, she told that  someone was pulling the pain, scuffle. Then, I said  that I will do healing with the Sanjeevani Invocation. When, I was doing the healing, there was a sound in my 3rd eye, I could see the cloud of light, the same thing sound & cloud of light, I saw in my dreams. Her pain was over then.

A. When I was quite young, Babaji, my father, my Guru, would take me to the deserts of Rajasthan for meditation, it would be a three to four hour trip from the Delhi ashram by car, I loved the trip ---so many beautiful scenes in the way, such beautiful landscapes, such nice dhabas where we would eat, but no matter how good the journey was, I would always stare from the window and enjoy, for I knew that the destination was Rajasthan. How absurd will it be that if I were travelling, and fascinated by a view I would just jump out of the car to examine and explore. I would never be able to finish my journey that way. The journey is always completed by moving forward.
The same rule applies to sadhna. Always keep a Drasthabhav towards your experiences, that is witness them, enjoy them, but if you try to understand them, recreate them, it amounts to jumping out of the car, and why should you worry when the one on the driver seat is none other than the father of the universe?
Also remember, always remember “THE INTENSITY AND POWER OF DHYAN ARE NOT MEASURED, BY THE EXPERINCE IN MEDITATION, BUT THE CHANGE IN LIFE AFTER MEDITATION.”
Blessings
Namah shivay

Q. 5 Babaji can we burn our sanchit karmas by chanting MahaMrityunjaya Mantra??

A. Namah shivay. Invoke the Shakti of lord Mahamrityunjya and chant, karmas will be burnt.
Blessings Namah shivay

Shree Vidya 2---- CONTINUATION 2

"जैसा अन्न  वैसा मन "
VEGETARIANISM vs. NON VEGETARIANISM
  • Almost as if Baba ji understood the question in so many sadhaks' mind what to eat ---Veg. or Non veg. Baba ji explained that at the time of killing, the poultry animal  secretes Adrenalin which is a fight or flight hormone secreted when immense fear and anxiety is being experienced. The animal is very afraid and intolerant at that time. Whoever consumes fish and chicken starts to develop these feelings of fear, intolerance and more of adrenalin secretion.
  • In the same vein Baba ji added that a better parameter to gauge if a person is Veg. or Non veg. is the kind of language and behaviour one has towards others. If you harbour only negative emotions like jealousy, anger and fear towards others you are pure non veg. If you on the other hand have only unconditional love and kindness towards others, consider yourself in the bracket of vegetarians.
  • Babaji absolutely forbade a Shiv yogi from beef & pork. He said that red meat is the most horrible, as its the meat of a mammal which has great love for its children, as it is the species which is capable of the act of suckling which creates a great bond among mother and child. When slaughtered, the mother has the fear for her young, this fear remains in the red meat which is responsible for many diseases and loss of spiritual powers
  • Also consumption of red meat he said, led to karmic baggage. The white meat he says carry less negative energy, of which fish the least, so if a sadhak, is in the habit, till he uplifts he may indulge in white meat, but never red meat.
  • Baba ji advised all sadhaks to start eating unpolished rice as it is readily absorbed by the body.
Role of the water element (element of Swaddhisthan Chakra) in our lives
  • Baba ji said not only physically but astrally also we are made up of 70% water element.  As we age, the water elements starts dissipating at a rapid rate as a result, the skin starts to sag and wrinkles start to show up.  Along with contamination, through feelings of lust and desire the Swaddhisthan chakra starts getting polluted by deposition of black energy ( and in Baba ji's words "organisms of polluted astral water")
  • Baba ji reminded all doing Praan Kriyas daily helps retain the astral water in the body too.
  • A shiv yogi should never lust for what is not his, he should not eye others belongings. As this leads to destruction.
"I am Shiva and you are Shiva"
  • Baba ji said if we consider everyone including ourselves as Shiva, we won’t pass judgments and criticize others.
  • When Baba ji said someone shouts at you or gets angry at you just simply say "waah Shiv ji aaj to badey mood men ho".
  • Saying Namah shivay implies bowing to the Shiva within the other person. And if all are Shiva you are bowing in front of yourself only so this practice opens up the Aanahat chakra.
  • Shiva is Nirgun and so if you ever feel sad or dejected just says I am Shiva and I can’t be sad. My innate state is to stay happy all the time. Sat---chit--anand or forever blissful.
 Anger Our Greatest enemy
  • Baba ji said that anger means you are very weak internally. When the inner consciousness is weak, it tries to defend itself through the channel of harsh words or "katu vachan". Never do this. Do deep meditations and your internal self will become stronger and anger would gradually subside.
  • Energy expended while admonishing or venting your anger at others is equivalent to drain your energy in multiple sensual activities. So abstain from anger which is rubs salts on the false ego's wounds.
  • Never complain. Complaining is passing a judgment that the situation is bad and it won’t change. It is basically resigning to the situation. A Shiv Yogi creates situations and never surrenders to them so always Create. Never complain.
  • Do your best in all Ashrams of life viz. Brhamcharya by being focused on one carrier and goal. Grehastha by forging a healthy family clan. Vanprastha by reaping the rewards of earlier Ashrams and finally Sanyaas from worldy pleasures and getting ready to embrace the original Father-----Shiva.
The shivir ended on a note of positivity and  towards the end when Baba ji was citing the example of  getting angry on others, He said for example if you are angry at your son and he misbehaves, never let your anger rule you. The ever so humorous and witty Ishan ji asked His father in his typical light hearted and facetious way "Beta ka hi example kyun har baar" much to the amusement of the gathering. Baba ji replied "Ab biwi (Guru Ma) bhi yahaan baithin hain, Beti (Geetanjali) bhi yahaan baithi hai kiska naam na lun?"  This left the sadhaks in all the more delightful state.

Shree Vidya 2 --- CONTINUATION 1

Baba ji announced a Shree Vidya 2 course in Singapore in January next year.
  • One sadhak asked how a certain saint got astray from the divine path despite being a brilliant Guru with exceptional teachings. To this, Baba ji said, the saint was a classic case of how spirituality can destroy you if you choose the wrong path. Baba ji said all the Vedas and puranas are symbolic. The Samudra Manthan or churning of the ocean milk to extract beneficial ratnas or gems which is much talked in Bhagwat puran is nothing but symbol of purity as it happens in sadhna.
  • There are 4 stages of purity when churning takes place via meditation.
  1. At first, the Halaahal vish or toxic poison comes out. That means in the first stage of sadhna, all negative emotions, habits etc are removed.
  2. After removal of Tamogun or negative qualities, comes overpowering of Rajogun or kingly qualities of sex, enjoyment of worldly joys, pleasures, success in the world, high position of authority etc.
  3. The third stage is when the Rajogun is overpowered. This is followed by inculcation of good qualities in oneself or mastering the Satogun.
  4. The fourth and the final stage is Amrit manthan or nectar churning that means rising above all the qualities to reach the state of Nirgun or without any quality.
  • The saint, Baba ji said got stuck when all his bad qualities were removed. The rising consciousness he manoeuvred in the wrong direction. He was entangled in the sensual pleasures and thus given the name sex Baba. The Shakti soon ate him up and his life was messed up and he was the sole reason of his own undoing.
  • Baba ji said all these things can most certainly afflict us Shiv Yogis too if we don’t channelize our energies in the right direction.

SHREE VIDYA 3

Baba ji is extremely impressed with the arrangements for a shivir of such enormity being held with so much ease and comforts that He has announced plans to conduct Shree Vidya 3 next year at this time.

“श्री विद्या करने के बाद और कर्मों के बक्षण के बाद भी मैने देखा है की साधक लोग अपनी सोच और तमस से attach हो रखे हैं!”

  • Baba ji said that many habits and thinking of sadhaks is still not up to the level that He reckons it should be for a Shiv Yogi. He said all Shiv Yogis particularly Shri Vidya sadhaks need to work very hard to change their mindsets, negative, skewed thinking and tendencies to get angry, lusty, greedy and egoistic. Baba ji said he was hopeful that all the sadhaks will make an effort to change themselves and not remain stuck in the prison of negative qualities.
  • Most of you would be coming to Shree Vidya 3 only with massive changes in your way of thinking and intention do things and if not then it’s the wrong path you will choose deliberately.
  • In the auditorium itself Baba ji openly announced that most of the sadhaks won’t be coming for Shree Vidya 3 if they refuse to change their thinking and negative mindset.  For Shree vidya 3 Baba ji said only those shall come who are really pure and have mastered Shree Vidya 2 and he sincerely hoped that changes are brought for as many sadhaks to do the most powerful shivir ever.
  • Baba ji is introducing a technology wherein Shree Vidya 3 can be done by only those who have done Shree Vidya 2 by swapping of the cards. So it is a request to all those who do Shree Vidya 2, do not lose your ID cards if you wish to do Shree Vidya 3.
  • Also Baba ji said that only a few choicest of sadhaks who excel in the Shree Vidya 2 shall be called for Shree Vidya 3. He said He will be preparing sadhaks for the higher Shree Vidya 3 by doing weekly courses at DLF ashram or Lucknow Ashram for those who have already done Shree Vidya 2.
  • Baba ji would not be taking Samadhi in May next year. His tapa or meditation time will start in April so he will remain secluded and will come out of the deep meditation once a month to take a shivir or two.
  • Time and again He said that he wanted sadhaks to grow more spiritually. He said there is massive scope for improvement. MAJORITY OF THE SADHAKS DONT LET GO. THEY ARE ATTACHED SO MUCH TO THEIR SORROWS AND MISGIVINGS. This He said needs to change if Ascension has to happen.
